WARRANTY REGISTRATION
Milford Industries warranties its products from material and manufacturing defects for a period of 3 (three) years, presuming that the product is used in accordance with the installation and user instructions provided.
In the event of defective product being identified by a customer, Milford Industries must be notified promptly, so that any warranty work required can be undertaken quickly and efficiently. Milford Industries must authorise this work in advance of it taking place. Milford Industries will pay costs for any legitimate warranty case where it can be shown to have been at fault. Any confirmed faulty product must be returned to Milford Industries.
The Trade Practices Act 1974 and similar legislation implies certain rights and remedies to consumers that cannot be excluded. This warranty does not affect those rights and remedies.

LIFETIME REPLACEMENT WARRANTY – CARGO BARRIERS
Additionally, Milford Industries offers a Lifetime Replacement Warranty on Cargo Barriers if the vehicle has been involved in an accident where the Cargo Barrier has played a significant part in maintaining safety for the driver and passengers. Details of the incident, including photographs must be presented for inspection with the claim.
Please note that any such material submitted may also be used in the production of promotional or marketing material by Milford Industries.
To qualify for your Lifetime Replacement Warranty, YOU MUST complete this Warranty Registration form within thirty days of purchase.
